Duncan has undertaken numerous project governance and leadership roles for multi-discipline teams as well as having detailed commercial and financial expertise. As the elder statesman in the Mafic team, Duncan has been slowly adapting to casual dress codes, paperless offices and flexible working environments but you will be pleased to know that the Mafic vinyl collection is largely from his era.
