Mafic was responsible for the strategic review of each Lyttelton Port and Orion
Review involved preparation of a detailed full form report, and shorter form report presented to key CCHL members and the Christchurch City Council (CCC) representitives

Identification of a suite of strategic opportunities for the CCHL assets, that could be available to maximise the value to CCHL
Identified key ownership pathways forward for each portfolio company with various funding and financing options
Delivered clear and concise in-person presentations to CCC to overview the business and address key ownership and strategic considerations
